Create. Belong. Grow. Build a new world with us.
Small team. Room to sign your work.
We are twenty-odd people in one Bangkok room, which means the thing you build this week is in someone's hands next week — not in a backlog. Nobody here is a resource on a chart: you pick problems, argue for them, and stay with them until players feel the difference.

Ownership Craft Playtest First Ship Together
Create Belong Grow
What we put behind the offer
The pay is fair and we will talk about it openly on the first call. These are the things that decide whether you still enjoy the job a year in.
Real ownership
You own a feature end to end — design, build, playtest, ship — with your name on it.
Hours that hold
Hybrid week, flexible start, and no crunch culture. A late night is a planning failure, not a badge.
Budget to grow
A yearly allowance for courses, conferences and tools, plus one studio learning day each month.
Health covered
Private health insurance, annual check-up and paid mental-health days for you and no questions asked.
Gear you choose
Your machine, your desk setup, your licences. We buy the thing that makes the work faster.
Games on the clock
Play budget, a play-test afternoon every sprint, and a game jam the whole studio drops everything for.
Six seats with your name on them
Every role below is open right now and reviewed by the person you would work with — not by a filter. Send a portfolio, a build, a repo, anything we can actually look at.

Nothing here fits you?
We keep an open application. Tell us what you do best and what you would want to build here — good people arrive before the role does.
Four weeks, no black box
You will always know where you stand and who you are talking to. Every stage is paid for your time where work is involved, and we answer either way.
Send it in
A CV and something we can look at — a build, a repo, a reel. No cover letter needed.
Day 1First call
Half an hour with the lead of the team. What you want to build, what we pay, how we work.
Week 1Craft check
A short, paid exercise close to the real work — or we walk through something you have already shipped.
Week 2Meet the room
Come by the studio, play the current build, and talk to the people you would sit next to.
Week 3Offer
Numbers, start date and the first project, in writing. Questions welcome before you sign.
Week 4
Bring your craft. Take a new direction.
If any of this sounds like the room you want to work in, we would rather hear from you early than perfectly.
