1. Cookies, local storage and cache
Cookies are small values that a browser can send with requests. localStorage stores values on your device without sending them automatically. HTTP cache stores downloaded files for reuse. These technologies serve different purposes and do not all imply tracking. This version does not set analytics or advertising cookies, install a service worker, or use advertising pixels.
2. Necessary privacy-choice record
Name: nd_privacy_preferences (localStorage, this website's origin). Purpose: remember your consent or refusal and respect it. Contents: policy version, countryLookup true/false and savedAt timestamp. Duration: up to 180 days, checked on the next load; invalid, expired or outdated records are not treated as consent. There is no unique visitor identifier. You can delete this record through Privacy Settings or your browser's site-storage controls.
3. Optional country-based language
Disabled until you allow it. Country.is (api.country.is) receives your IP address and technical request headers via HTTPS to return a country code. It is a third-party service and processing may take place abroad. We omit cookies and the page referrer, do not send contact drafts, and do not cache the lookup response. After permission, each full visit checks the country again: Thailand → Thai, Japan → Japanese, China → Chinese, all other countries → English. If detection fails, English is used. Rejecting or withdrawing leaves manual language selection available and prevents future lookups; an in-flight lookup is cancelled where possible.
4. Browser and hosting cache
Firebase Hosting asks browsers to revalidate ordinary pages and files before reuse. Versioned JavaScript and CSS files under /_nuxt may be cached for up to one year because their names change with the build. Browser and hosting caches can reduce repeated downloads; they are not used here as advertising profiles. A contact draft is not intentionally written to localStorage, a cookie or a service-worker cache. Clearing cached files can force a fresh download, but does not necessarily remove localStorage or withdraw permission. Use Privacy Settings to withdraw, or clear this site's storage in your browser to remove the saved record.
5. Accept, refuse or change your choice
Allow Country Language and Reject Optional are equally available. In Privacy Settings, the optional checkbox starts unchecked unless you have already allowed it. Save Choices applies your selected option; Reject Optional withdraws permission; Delete Saved Choice removes the local record and asks again. Closing the dialog or continuing to browse does not grant permission. The website remains usable without optional consent. A choice expires after 180 days. New optional analytics or marketing tools must not start until an updated notice and any required consent are in place.
6. Links to other services
Social profiles, stores and other external links are not embedded tracking tools on this website. Opening them can expose your IP address and other information to those services under their own policies. Their cookies and retention are not controlled by this site's settings. See the Privacy Policy for contact information and your rights.
